Youth Thrive Through Skills, Friendship, and Confidence
Youth learn new skills, make friends, and set individual and team goals. This improves self-confidence, increases self-esteem, and improves overall wellbeing. Time with family and friends in this positive environment strengthens our communities.
We offer a progressive program with classes ranging ages 18 months old to Adults. We offer a variety of concentrations.
Jr. Chefs is a hands-on cooking class for children ages 3-5 years or 5-10 years. Children will have an introduction to preparing tasty, and healthy snacks.
Through martial arts, participants will learn various self-defense techniques to develop physical fitness, flexibility, and self-confidence. Uniforms may be purchased separately; see instructor.
Pickleball is a fun, low-impact version of tennis played on an indoor Basketball court. Pickleball at the Y welcomes participants ages16 and up, and any skill level.
