MOSSA, formerly known as Body Training Systems in the US and Canada, has a long and storied history of inspiring millions of people to MOVE with health club ownership in the 70’s and 80’s, with the introduction of The Original STEP that launched the step fitness craze in the 90’s, and today with professionally developed group fitness programs for fitness centers and digital workouts to help consumers get started at home.

Y-USA sought a provider who would be able to deliver the following:

  • A suite of group exercise programs that are refreshed quarterly and adopt the look and feel of the Y, along with adherence to Y music and visual standards
  • Y branded program names and marketing resources
  • Comprehensive training for Y instructors and membership staff
  • A dedicated online portal for distributing the licensed content and Y-USA approved marketing materials
  • Development of a group exercise program designed with the Health Seeker in mind
  • Seamless certification process for instructors transitioning into the new preferred vendor’s programs for instructors with equivalent certification
  • Volume discount pricing that we anticipate to significantly lower the licensing costs for group exercise content
