Child Care & Camps
At YMCA Southcoast, we’re committed to helping children learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment. Our programs are designed to support every stage of a child’s development, from infants building trust to school-age children gaining academic support and social skills. Our experienced, caring staff understand how to meet each child’s unique needs. With a focus on health, safety, and enrichment, we offer accredited, state-licensed care, CPR-certified staff, and engaging activities that go beyond traditional child care.
Enrolling in Child Care
Getting started is simple. To enroll your child in one of our YMCA Southcoast programs, please download and complete the enrollment form linked on this page. Submit the completed form to your local branch to begin the registration process. If you have any questions or need help choosing the right program for your child, our team is here to help every step of the way.

Our Pre-School curriculum is designed to promote and enrich early learning opportunities for all ages and abilities. We utilize the Massachusetts curriculum frameworks and Teaching Strategies Gold for child observations and assessments.
YMCA Southcoast has been a leading provider of quality day camp programs for over more than 50 years. We pride ourselves on the quality, character, and caliber of our well-trained camp staff.
The Y’s Before and After-School programs provide year-round care. We understand parents’ need to work, and we have a variety of program options during school vacations, snow days, teacher in-service days, and summer.
Programming consists of daily activities that offer opportunities for each child’s growth physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually. The Y’s Child Watch programs provide year-round care.
