Welcome to the Dartmouth YMCA

Since 2001, The Dartmouth YMCA has been providing quality programs and services to meet the needs of our community. Our facility offers a premier summer camp, year-round child care services, group exercise classes, and youth sports and enrichment classes. Set on 60 acres of beautiful conservation land, we also operate the 4.2-acre Sharing the Harvest Community Farm, which has donated more than 450,000 pounds of produce to our community since 2006.

Only at the Dartmouth YMCA: The Full Plate Project & Share The Harvest

The Full Plate Project (FPP) embodies the Y’s mission of strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. More than just survive, healthy food allows everyone to thrive. Through YMCA Southcoast’s partnership with the Greater Boston Food Bank, the Full Plate Project started as an emergency response to pandemic-related nutrition insecurity in April 2020. It quickly grew into one of the largest hunger relief agencies in the Southcoast region.

Sharing the Harvest is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven community farm that was established in 2006 as a grassroots response to hunger at the local level. The farm’s mission is to alleviate hunger, promote volunteerism, and provide agricultural education on the south coast of Massachusetts.
